CHECK OUT THESE CUTIES!

I have been in the kitchen for HOURS whipping up some miniature cupcakes. The carrot variant was the hardest to make (no thanks to a grater that needs to be replaced by a Microplane!).

However, after all the mixing and baking and frosting, I finally put all the cupcakes together and here is what they looked like:

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I present an assortment of Chocolate with Salted Caramel, Nutella, Carrot with Cream Cheese and Red Velvet with Cream Cheese! Aren't they pretty??? January 2012 available flavors for orders coming up soon in another post! :)
